Susan Lynn Mueller

Susan Lynn Lewis Mueller, 68, of Columbus Ohio, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 20,2021. Born May 25, 1953 to loving parents, the late Arthur Edward Lewis, Sr. and Thelma Mae (Bradshaw) Lewis.

Sue enjoyed animals, nature and loved the being at the beach, a love she passed along to her Daughters. She was a great artist and a fantastic cook. She loved to laugh and had a good sense of humor. Sue was a 22 year breast cancer survivor.

Sue leaves behind 2 daughters, Mary (Mark) Mueller-Kessinger of Centreville, MD and Rikki (partner of Ed Burton) Mueller-Shunk of Hershey, PA; 5 grandchildren Claudia and Isabelle Kessinger and Kristina, Michael (Samantha) and Johnathan Shunk; 6 great grandchildren, Beau, Loraina, Alivia, Addy, Summer and Griffin; beloved sister Sharon Schumacher of Pickerington, OH, brother Jeff (Donna) Lewis of Lancaster, OH, sister in laws Linda (A. Edward jr) and Sherry Macioce and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Arthur Edward Lewis Jr.

Sue became a widow at the age of 21 when the love of her life and father of her children , Fredrick (Rick) Henry Mueller suddenly passed away. She never got over that loss. Her many struggles in this life are now over and she can finally be at peace, and we can take comfort in knowing she had accepted salvation and is now with our Heavenly Father!

Sue’s family will receive friends on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery.
