Avisitation, celebrating the life of Susan K Davenport Murfield, 64, of Springfield, formerly of Newark, will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013, in the chapel of The Hebron home of the HOSKINSON-SCHOEDINGER Funeral & Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th Street in Hebron. Private family inurnment will follow at Newark Memorial Gardens at a later date.Susan died suddenly, Friday, July 5, 2013 in Springfield. She was born August 2, 1948 in Newark, the daughter of the late George R. and Phyllis M. (Magawiecki) Davenport.Susan loved casinos and bingo. She also adored watching her grandchildren.She is survived by her loving family: her husband Jim, her siblings Scott, Nancy and Connie, her children Kathy, Andrew and Shawn, grandchildren Michael, Andrew, Nathon, Shyanne, Kaiden, Katy, DJ and Seth, great-grandchild Susan.HOSKINSON-SCHOEDINGER Funeral & Cremation Service, Hebron, is honored to care for the Murfield family.
