A funeral service celebrating the life of Tabatha M. Clark, 47, of Buckeye Lake, will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hebron chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Drew McClain officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 108 N. 7th Street on Friday, February 5th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn inside the funeral home and for your protection, a maximum of 30 guests will be allowed inside at one time. Please practice social distancing. Tabatha was born in Orlando Florida on February 3, 1973 to the late Thomas A. Chadwick and Carolyn (Cordle) Breese, who survives. She passed away at OSU Medical Center on January 28, 2021. Tabatha was a devoted homemaker to her family. She enjoyed taking long rides on the motorcycle with her husband, shopping and selling Tupperware but most important in her life was the time she spent with her loving family, especially doting on her grandchildren. Tabatha had an uplifting personality, was selfless and would help anyone in need and she loved making people happy. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband of 28 years, Daniel J. Clark, whom she married December 6, 1992; son, Thomas A.A. (Victorrya Lemon) Clark; daughter, Elizabeth D. Clark; grandchildren, Michael D. Clark, Jayce O. Clark, Rylan J.L. Rothe and Ayden T. Rothe; sisters, Samantha A. (Kevin E.) Clark, Ann R. Lazenby and Rhonda Chadwick; mother-in-law, Debra M. Freeze; sister-in-law, Jennifer L. Clark; brother-in-law, Tony Clark; nieces and nephews, Garrette M. Clark, Lilliann P. Clark, Paiton M. Clark, Eric Lazenby, Aaron Lazenby, Brandy Barthe and Danielle Chadwick; numerous grandnieces and grandnephews; and a host of other family members and friends. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister, Tammy S. Chadwick; and father-in-law, Michael E. Clark.
