Tammy W. Hess

Tammy W. Hess, 64, of Newark, passed away at her son and daughter-in-law’s residence on October 4, 2023. She was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on August 5, 1959 to the late Wilbur E. Wilson and Marcia G. (Foss) Wilson, who survives. Prior to retirement, Tammy was a machine operator for many years. She enjoyed tending to her indoor plants, cooking and was an avid reader, especially reading the Bible. Most important was the time she spent with her loving family. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons, Gregory (Edith) Burt, Joel (Missy) Burt and Joshua (Jacqueline) Burt; grandchildren, Jordan, Christian, Gregory, Halie, Nevaeh, Zachariah, Jeremiah, Jayden, Jordan and Jackson; sisters, Debra (Norman) Teller, Lori (Biran) Klingensmith and Amy (Todd) Parker; brother-in-law, Michael Rotz; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Diana Rotz.
