Tammy Sue Chadwick

A Memorial Service for Tammy Sue Chadwick, age 42, of Grove City, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, at Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th Street in Hebron. Tammy was born August 26, 1975 in Columbus, Ohio. She passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Mount Carmel West Hospital. Tammy loved animals, fishing, camping and being outdoors. She loved to be catered to and to spend time with her family. She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Sue (Cordle) Breese of Columbus; father and step-mother, Thomas A. (Linda) Chadwick of Fairfield Beach; sisters, Samantha (Kevin) Clark of Newark, Tabby (Daniel) Clark of Buckeye Lake, Rhonda Chadwick and Ann Chadwick Lazenby, both of Dunedin, Florida; nieces, Elizabeth (Kyle) Rothe, Brandy Nicole Barthe and Danielle Lynn Chadwick; nephews, Thomas Clark (Victorrya Lemon), Aaron (Elena Lazenby) and Eric Lazenby; great-nephews, Michael Dean Clark, Jayce Owen Clark, Rylan Joseph Lee Rothe and Leighann Lazenby; and aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, David Lazenby. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
