Terrance Rodrick Blake

Terrance Rodrick Blake, age 39, of Newark, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at his home.

Terrance was born December 14, 1980 in Newark, Ohio. He had worked in landscaping and was a member of Bethel Rock House of Miracles. Terrance loved spending time with his children and other family members. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music and writing poetry.

He is survived by his mother, Romy D. Blake Bennett (Greg Johnson); dad, Terrance L. Hill; sons, Noah, Brendan and Darian Blake; sister, Mattie Blake Boushehri (Daniel); brother, Prince T. Allen (Andrea); aunts, Margie LaPaugh and Desiree Blake; uncles, Roger Blake (Cindy) and Ronald Blake (Chellie); three nieces, nine nephews and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his special grandmother and grandfather, Mattie and Rodney Blake; uncles, Rodrick (Rickey) Blake, Rodney (Mann) Blake and William (Bill) LaPaugh.

The family will announce a gathering to celebrate Terrance’s life at a later date.
