Thelma M. Moose

A funeral service, celebrating the life of Thelma Moose, 83, of Newark, formerly of Hebron, will be held Friday, January 4, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 East Main St., Kirkersville with Pastor Jerry Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery. Thelma passed away on December 31, 2012 at her residence. She was born on June 13, 1929 in Morgantown, Indiana to the late Basil Irven and Nora Isabel (Bailey) Williams. Thelma enjoyed reading and working puzzles. She is survived by her loving family: sons, David Smelts and Jeffrey Julian; daughters, Vicki Burrows and Cynthia Barnett; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; her brother, Ned Williams; and her sister, Delena Morgan.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
