Theodore Edward "Teddy" Collins Ii

    Theodore Edward “Teddy” Collins II, 35, of Newark, passed away on October 30, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on March 26, 1983, in Newark, Ohio to Theodore Edward Collins and Jacquelyn (Collins) Mong. Teddy enjoyed working on cars and especially enjoyed spending time with his loving children, wife, family and friends. Teddy is survived by his father, Theodore Edward  (Judy) Collins; mother, Jacquelyn (Bernie) Collins; wife, Falicia Lanier, whom he married January 19, 2018; children, Felicity Howard, Sydney Collins and Theodore Edward Collins III; sister, Leslie (James) Collins Winegardner; niece, Jessica Lafferre; step-children, Samya Lanier and Zania Lanier; step-brothers, Tavis Wilson and Tyler Wilson; step-sister, Jamie Wilson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. At the family’s request, no public services will be held for Teddy. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
