Thomas A. Chadwick

Thomas A. “Tom” Chadwick, age 77, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Ross Heart Hospital. Tom was born February 14, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Thomas A. and Mitzie Marie (Fiscus) Chadwick.

Tom was employed as a shrimper on the shrimp boats in Florida for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and cussing the Democrats. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved to ride.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Burns) Chadwick, whom he married October 31, 2002; four daughters, Ann Lazenby and Rhonda Chadwick, both of Dunedin, Florida, Samantha (Kevin) Clark of Newark and Tabby (Daniel) Clark of Buckeye Lake; grandchildren, Elizabeth Clark, Brandy Nicole Barthe, Danielle Lynn Chadwick (Brandon Kennemore), Thomas A. Clark (Victorrya Lemon), Aaron (Elena) Lazenby and Eric Lazenby; great-grandchildren, Darby Vincent Kennemore, Michael Dean Clark, Jayce Owen Clark, Rylan Joseph Rothe, Liah Ann Lazenby, Ava Lynn Lazenby and Ayden Thomas Rothe; brothers, Vernon Chadwick of Thornville and James Chadwick of Veracruz, Mexico; several nieces and nephews; step-children, Louis Brian McGrath of New Brunswick, Canada and Tammy Lynn Wall of British Columbia, Canada; step-grandson, Anthony Kalos; and his faithful dog, Jojo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Sue Chadwick; son-in-law, David Lazenby; and two sisters, Carol Moone and Karen Lee Corbett.
