A funeral service, celebrating the life of Thomas B. Skinner, 92, formerly of Buckeye Lake, will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at 10:00 am in the chapel of The HOSKINSON Funeral & Cremation Service, with Pastor Timothy Isenringhausen as celebrant. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery, Newark.Tom died early Monday, August 5, 2013, in Newark, following an extended illness. He was born in Columbus on November 28, 1920, the son of the late Harry C. and Rozella (Morris) Skinner. He was a retired Credit Union examiner for the State of Ohio. He attended the Millersport United Methodist Church.He is survived by his loving family: daughter Rosemarie Skinner of Buckeye Lake, son Thomas B. Skinner Jr., of Gahanna,four grandchildren Jessica, Steven, Thomas and Tracy Skinner and4 great-grandsons Brandon, Nathan Dylan and Collin; daughter-in-law, Marilyn.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie in 2004 and son Todd Skinner in 1991.Friends may call on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 (THIS EVENING) from 6-8 p.m. at the Kirkersville home of The HOSKINSON Funeral & Cremation Service, 285 E Main St in Kirkersville.
