Todd Robin Netzela

Funeral services, celebrating the life of Todd R. Netzela, 50, of Columbus, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020, in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, with Richard MacDonald as celebrant. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at the funeral home, 285 East Main Street in Kirkersville. Todd passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in Columbus. He was born on May 29, 1969, the son of the late Peter Netzela and Joan (MacDonald) Netzela of Granville. He was a graduate of Licking Heights H.S., class of 1987, and was employed as a groundskeeper. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, camping, boating, kayaking and hiking Black Hand Gorge in rural Licking County. He is survived by his loving family: in addition to his mother Joan, his sisters Jeanette Cooper and Lisa (William) Swick, Debbie (Joe) Collins and Patricia Wilson; his nephews Tyler (Kristine) Martin and Dennis Collins and his great niece and nephew Katie and Dylan Collins; along with his faithful canine companion Nikko. He was preceded in death by his father Peter.
