Tommy L. Six

A memorial service celebrating the life of Tommy L. Six, age 56, of Newark, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, at Marne United Methodist Church, 1019 Licking Valley Road, Newark, with Pastor Ed Fugate and Pastor Dave Warner officiating.Tommy was born in Nelsonville, Ohio on August 5, 1959 to the late Andrew H. Six and Lillie (Rutter) Six. He went to be with the Lord on December 27, 2015.From an early age, Tom had a true passion for the outdoors, mostly the woods. He loved to fish, hunt and dig roots, and always found mushrooms when nobody else could. He was tuned in with nature and knew all of the trees and most of the plants.Tom had a special love and fondness for all animals and had a great respect for them. He had an awesome appreciation for Gods creation and he surrounded his life with it, living and breathing it.
