A funeral service, celebrating the life of Tracy Lynn Hale, 48, of Somerset, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016 in the Trinity United Church of Christ, Thornville, with Pastor Winfield Strout as celebrant. Tracy will be buried with her parents in the Lutheran Reformed Cemetery, Thornville.Tracy died Wednesday, September 7, 2016 in Lancaster, following an extended illness. She was born July 19, 1968, the daughter of the late Robert M. and Deloris (Davis) Hale Sr. She was a graduate of Sheridan H.S., class of 1987, and was a life-long homemaker. She worked for several years at Value City and at Blacks flower shop in Thornville. She enjoyed poetry, crafts, and music.She is survived by her loving family: daughter Deloris May Abrams of Columbus, siblings Mary Ann Shell of Lancaster, Robert (Betty) Hale Jr. of Thornville, Charles D. (Jeannette) Hale Sr. of Thornville, Brenda Bonkowski (Charles West) of Buckeye Lake, Cindy Cannon (Larry Hall) of Newark, Janet Freeman of Thornville and her twin brother Troy (Mistie) Hale of Nashport; along with her special friend Bill Spring of Somerset, aunts Edythe Davis, Sharon Johnson and uncle Shelby Davis; and many, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Michael Shell, and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.Her family will receive friends on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m., at the Thornville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 South Main St. in Thornville, and again on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral services at 3:00 p.m. at the Trinity United Church of Christ, West Street in Thornville.Memorials may be directed to the gofundme account # (2nww2ht8) that has been established to help defer final expenses.HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, Thornville, is honored to care for Tracy and the Hale family.An on-line guest register is available at www.hoskinsonfuneral.com
