Trevor Patrick Hook

Trevor Patrick Hook, age 31, of Pataskala, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, January 4, 2025. He was born June 7, 1993 in Columbus, Ohio.

Trevor was an avid gamer and loved cooking. Everything he made was delicious, but he was especially known for his grilled garlic shrimp, homemade potato skins, mozzarella sticks, and garlic potatoes.

He is survived by his mother, Shannon R. (Johnson) Hook; brother, Travis Hook; sister, Torryn Hook (Ryan Fitzpatrick); niece, Luna Rae Fitzpatrick; grandmother, Sherry Johnson; and special friends who were like his brothers, Kyle Eck, Tyler Talmadge, Dalton Desmarais, and Tim Mohr; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Patrick Hook, on March 19, 2021; maternal grandfather, Rick W. Johnson; and paternal grandmother, Elaine Hook.

A celebration of Trevor’s life will be held by the family at a later date.
