Verlee H. Davis

Verlee H. Davis, 61, of Heath, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at his residence. He was born on March 16, 1953 in Grenda, Virginia, son of the late Hayes and Inez (Davis) Davis. Verlee was a handy man who could fix just about anything. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and fishing. He attempted to be a deer hunter, but didnt find much success. Most of all, he loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.He is survived by his loving family: wife, Pam; sons, Chuck (Janet), Andy (Rhonda), and Aaron (Lacey) Davis; daughter, Colette Chamberlin; 16 grandchildren; three brothers, Gary (Vickie), Tyrone (Cleo), and Roger Davis; two sisters, Rita (Ilui) Enriquez and Diane (Alan) Schultz; mother-in-law, Pat Galleher; sister-in-law, Marcia Caudill; as well as several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Ed Patterson.A funeral service celebrating Verlees life will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the HEBRON home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th St. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery.Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 5 to 8 p.m.Online condolences may be sent to:www.hoskinsonfuneral.comHOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, Hebron, is honored to care for the Davis Family.
