Virginia Thompson

A funeral service for Virginia A. (Easterday) Thompson, 86, of Millersport will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairfield Beach United Methodist Church with Pastor Terry Borah, celebrating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio.Virginia was born February 12, 1929, to the late John and Mary (Sheirer) Harrell. She enjoyed sewing and cake decorating. She volunteered many hours of her time with the Shriners. She was past high priestess of Thea Court #5 of LOSNA, member and Past Matron of Triangle Chapter #592, Order of Eastern Star.She is survived by her loving children: Lenora (Vince) West, Gary (Beth) Gilgien, Anna (Arrista) Spotts, Gene (Karen) Thompson, Darla (Roger) Foltz, Brenda (Terry) Amspaugh, Rick (Cindy) Thompson; daughter-in-law, Heidi Thompson; 22 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Easterday; her second husband, Stanley Thompson, her step-son Brian Thompson and 2 sisters and a brother.Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 S.
