Voneta Lynn Ridenour-Harman

Voneta (Sissy) Lynn Ridenour-Harman, 53, of Thornville, died Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was born January 3, 1969 in Columbus to Ronald and Judy (Hixson) Ridenour. Sissy enjoyed woodworking, arts and crafts, and loved spending time with her family. She was always the go-to person for her family and friends. She would help anyone anyway she could without bias. She was a good friend to everyone, a loving daughter, sister, and aunt/mom. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones. She is survived by her mother, Judy Ridenour; sister, April (James) Newman; niece/daughter, Ashley Schriner(J.P); nieces and nephews, Ronald Schriner, Jamie Newman, Debra Newman, Alexis Gorey, David Gorey, and Corrine Gorey; great nieces and nephews, Brandalyn Corbin, Noah Corbin, Brandon Schriner, Alexus Schriner, Jada Ridenour, and Bella Ridenour; special friends, Colin Hoover, Tammy (Rex) Thompson, and Jay Barker; and many other special friends and family. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Ridenour; brother, Anthony “Tony” Gorey; and nephew, Jonathan Ridenour. Memorial contributions may be made to Hoskinson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses at Hoskinson Funeral Home, 56 South Main Street, Thornville, OH 43076. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6, 2022, from 4-6pm at the Thornville chapel of the HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service.
