Wanda D. Carr

A funeral service celebrating the life of Wanda D. Carr, age 89, of Hebron, will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Kirkersville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Jacob Foulk officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 285 E. Main Street, Kirkersville, on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wanda was born in Goodwell, OK on June 21, 1928 to the late James H. and Ernie (Addington) Pauley. She passed away on November 1, 2017 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio. Wanda was a devoted homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her loving children, Jeanne (Ronald) Good, Michael (Lisa) Carr, Sara Lynn (John) Bergeson, Randy Carr, Carol (John) Young, John D. Carr, Sherry (Bill) Echelberger, Jeri Sue (Gilmer) Wade, Leslie (Nancy) Burke and Judy (Leon) Vencill; sister, Dorothy Keene; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Carr; sisters, Leotha and Lillian; and brother, James.Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Wanda and her family.
