Warren Richard Busche

Funeral services, celebrating the life of Warren Richard Busche, 76 of Thornville, will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 in the Hebron Chapel of the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Brian Harkness as celebrant. Burial with full military honors by the Licking County Veterans Alliance will follow in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jacksontown.

Warren died peacefully at his home on Thursday, April 8, 2021 following an extended illness. He was born August 16, 1944 in Kingston, New York, the son of the late Werner R and Alice M. (Sigrist) Busche.

Warren retired after a long career with Reynolds & Reynolds in the information management division.

He served honorably in the US Army during the Vietnam Era, and was an active member of the American Legion and had served as post commander in New York; and a current member of Hebron Post #281, American Legion. He attended Hebron New Life United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his loving family: his wife Elizabeth A. (Nye) Busche, his daughter Kristina Sticht; his son and daughter-in-law Eric (Lauren) Busche; grandchildren Duncan and Shenan Sticht, Alex and Jacob Busche; brother and sister-in-law Alan (Susan) Busche.
