Wesley "Wes" Lloyd Welch

Wesley Lloyd “Wes” Welch, 65, of Pataskala, died Thursday, November 3, 2022, at his home with his family by his side. He was born September 28, 1957, in Libya to the late Robert and Sylvia (Zimmerman) Byrne. Wes worked for Madison Township of Franklin County for 30 years. He was a Mason in Groveport and Pataskala for over 40 years. He enjoyed war history and tinkering on cars, four wheelers, anything that needed a little tune up with his granddaughter Paige. He was a hard worker who took pride in providing for his family. Wes was truly a family man! He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sandra “Sandy”; son, Anthony Welch; daughters, Crystal Mason and Ashley Winner; and grandchildren, Paige, Adam, and Chloe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Todd Welch. In lieu of flowers, donations to West end church of Christ at 987 west Main Street, Newark. Would be greatly appreciated. Visitation will be Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 12-2pm at the Hoskinson Funeral Home in Kirkersville, where the funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Pastor Eric Krieg officiating. Afterwards a get together for food is provided at First Presbyterian Church at 405 S Main St. Pataskala OH, 43062 at 3:30pm. A private graveside will be held at Pataskala Cemetery at a later date.
