William B. Hanby, Jr.

A funeral service, celebrating the life of William B. Hanby, Jr. 46, of Roseville, will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of the THORNVILLE home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service. Burial will follow at Kirkersville Cemetery. Billy passed away on July 12, 2016 at his home with his family at his side. He was born in Newark, Ohio. He is survived by his loving wife Gloria (Hiett) Hanby whom he married on September 11, 2009, his mother Shirley (Kneller) Hanby, one brother Joe (Lisa) Hanby, two sisters Susan Hanby, Leslie (Jim) Farmer, three step children Jennie (David) Hiett, Shawn (Brittany) Meighen, Ashley (Austin) Meighen, four grandchildren Katlynn Norris, Kora Jones, DJ Jones and Alexis Strosnider. In addition, he has seven nephews, five nieces and four great nephews and eight great nieces. Special friends Lisa Hanby whom Billy always referred to as his other wife along with several special lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his father William B. Hanby and his grandson Adin Meighen. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the THORNVILLE Home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 S.
