William "Bill" Rains

William Bill Rains, 40, of Kirkersville, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012. He was born on June 23, 1972 in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas Rains and the late Robin (Weber) Rains. Bill was a member of the N.R.A. and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors.He is survived by his loving family: father, Tom Rains; daughters, Torie and Madison Rains; a brother, Tommy Rains; paternal grandma, Lillian Rains; maternal grandparents, Bob and Garnet Weber; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandpa, Eugene Rains.A memorial service, celebrating Bills life, will be held at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the Kirkersville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 East Main Street.
