William Rhoades Coakley

Graveside Funeral Services, celebrating the life of William R. Coakley, Jr., 91 of Buckeye Lake, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday December 10, 2021 in the Hebron Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Hebron home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service on Thursday evening, Dec 9th from 6-8 p.m. William passed away in Heath on December 6, 2021 following an extended illness. He was born in Logan on January 30, 1930, the son of the late William R. and Anna Louise (Garlinger) Coakley Sr. He managed filling stations in Millersport and Buckeye Lake during the 1970’s and 1980’s. He is survived by his family: sons Michael (Linda) Coakley, Marc (Kim) Coakley, David Coakley; daughter Carol (Steve) Williams; his grandchildren Michael B., Michael L., Michelle, Chaz, Cheyan, Tara, Caitlyn, Jessi Coakley, Bradley, Kevin, Justin and Morgan Williams; his daughter-in-law Joyce Coakley; his brothers Jon and Larry Coakley; his sisters Betty, Janice, Linda; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Stanley, his sisters Joan and Mary Lou, and his son Richard Coakley.
