William Raymond "Bill" Rupp, Jr.

William Raymond “Bill” Rupp, Jr., age 80, of Granville, entered into eternal life on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born May 18,1940 in Youngstown, Ohio.

A 1959 graduate of Shaker Heights High School, Bill went on to attend Miami University of Ohio and later received a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University. Bill honorably served his country and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was employed for many years in sales and direct marketing. Bill had many hobbies and especially enjoyed woodworking, photography, fly fishing, boating, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren. His love, unwavering support, strength and ridiculous sense of humor will forever be a cherished family memory.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Judith L. “Judy” (Hubler) Rupp; daughter and son-in-law, Cassie and Thom McKee of Granville; grandchildren, Sarah McKee and Sam McKee; sister and brother-in-law, Debby and Tom Davidson of Scottsdale, Arizona; and nieces and nephews, Heather, Kimi, Jason, Aimee and Evan.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Catherine Helen (Bermingham) & Tom Armstrong; father, William Raymond Rupp, Sr.; brother, Tom Armstrong; and sister, Mary Reeves.

The family will observe a private memorial.
