Yolonda Elaine Scarberry

A funeral service celebrating the life of Yolonda Elaine Scarberry, 72, of Heath, will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of the Thornville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Kenneth Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 56 S. Main Street, Thornville, on Wednesday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Yolonda was born in Zanesville, Ohio on February 11, 1949 to the late Delmar and Francis (Moore) Snook. She passed away at Licking Memorial Hospital on May 21, 2021. Yolonda was a devoted homemaker to her family. She was an avid reader, enjoyed cake decorating, cooking and crafting. Most important was the time she spent with her loving family. Survivors include her children, Thomas “TJ” (Vicki) Scarberry, Gregory Scarberry, Chris (Misty) Scarberry, Cindy (Robert) Wall and Patrick (Beth) Scarberry; sister, Marilynne Snook; 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Willard Scarberry; brother, Don Snook; and sister, Patricia Klingensmith.
