Zachery Tyler Farley

A memorial service, celebrating the life of Zachery Tyler Farley, age 21, of Thornville, will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thornville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Ray Mann officiating.Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the memorial service on Saturday, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.Zachery was born in Newark, Ohio on August 14, 1994 to Leigh Farley and Sheila (Storey) Farley.He passed away on April 14, 2016.Zachery enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling, playing the guitar, working on automobiles with his father and loved spending time with his family and friends.In addition to his parents, survivors include brother, Kyle Farley; sister, Kayla Farley; paternal grandmother, Lorie Kelly; maternal great grandmother, June Huber; paternal grandmother, Cheryl Farley; many aunts, uncles and a host of friends.He is preceded in death by his sister, Jessica N. Farley; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Storey; paternal grandfathers, John Farley and Robert F. Lane; maternal great grandfather, Glenn Huber, Sr.; and an uncle, Michael John Farley.Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Zachery to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 2225 Citygate Dr., Suite E, Columbus, Ohio 43219.Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Zachery and his family.
