Frances Irene Rogers

    A funeral service celebrating the life of Frances Irene Rogers, 61, of Newark, will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Bishop Travis Kirk officiating.  Burial will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Frances was born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio on January 13, 1957 to the late Wayne E. Sr. and Dorothy Irene (Strait) Rogers.  She passed away at Licking Memorial Hospital on January 8, 2018.  Frances was a proud assembler for LICCO, Inc. for many years and she attended Christian Life Center in Heath.  Frances loved everyone that she met and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her aunts, Margaret E. Strait, Louella Sullivan and Hazel May Brinda; sister, Patricia Annette Rogers; and many other cousins, family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Rogers.
