Richard T. Barrows, 61, of Reynoldsburg, died Tuesday evening, September 10, 2013 following a brief illness. He was born April 2, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ralph and Naomi Ruth (Kilgor) Barrows. He was a graduate of Watkins Memorial H.S. class of 1970. Richard worked for Dynalab Inc. in Reynoldsburg. He was a former member of the Reynoldsburg Eagles and the Amvets. He enjoyed walking, bicycling, bowling, coaching softball and baseball, sports of all kinds especially O.S.U. football, but most of all spending time with his grandkids.Richard is survived by his loving family: son Richard Keith (Bethanne) Barrows of Connersville, IN.; significant other, Cindy Moyer Todd of Reynoldsburg; step-children Samantha (Joe) Babcock of Pickerington, Melissa (Brad) McAfee of Galloway, Kim (Brian) Boisvert and Wade Moyer both of Columbus; grandsons Kaden and Kolten; grandchildren Abbie, Kirstin, Kylie, Landon, Chloe, Camden, and Mason; his brother Steve (Monica) Barrows of Hebron and his aunt, Sue (Roger) Foltz.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John. A memorial service, celebrating Richards life, will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Bill Lyle as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery.
